"I just had a battery replacement at dealership… my battery is in the wheel well…. Now my car won’t start…No names but of course dealership claims “must be something else “……. Which it’s not the response I wanted to hear. And stated I need to get it towed to their facility!! NOT! No thank you. I wasn’t sure if I even had towing. I call my insurance and Thankful Paula was there.. there’s just some people in this world that can read you over the phone and know how stressed you are. Paula is one of those Angels! The process was easy and took maybe a 1-2 minutes. Thank you Paula"
