"I bought a new car. The dealer needed the insurance policy to be dated on a specific date (that day) so I can drive my car out of the dealer with insurance. I called and no representative was available to change the date. Not even one. No after 7:00 pm. The dealer worked till 9:00pm.
So I could not take my new car out of the dealer on time. I had to ask for a refund and then I called Geico and they worked wonderful with me. That was back in late 2025.

Today I received a call offering me a new quote and I explained my reason for my dissatisfaction with Star Farm and why I would never be considering them again and the representative very non professionally laughed. Literally she laughed. No empathy, no concern, no apology in the name of the company. No professionalism, nothing.

I once considered business with State a farm and they failed me. The second chance they had for me to reconsider was today and she just laughed…
