"I needed a Renters Insurance Policy that was a bit different from the had before. before. It had a very Specific Requirement that was extremely important. This Specific Requirement was one that most people don't know of and many Insurance Companies very rarely Accommodate.
Ms Martha P Embry is the person I spoke with and she was Phenomenal.
Not only was she Patient in helping sort this out but she did it seamlessly; despite changes that had to be made.
From the Initial contact to Creating the Policy to Payment to the issuing of Receipt for Payment and Documentation.
In addition to being Patient, she was Professional, Direct, Courteous and understood the Urgency of this situation.
She made sure to ask what was needed and extended the courtesy of letting me know that she was willing to help me with whatever I needed.
It would be nice if this review helps her to be acknowledged and hopefully garner her many more customers that will be beneficial to her; the Agents and Insurance Company that she so beautifully Represent."

"We have flood insurance thru the Rossmiller agency. We got a notice from FEMA to pay, and we paid thru our bank bill pay. It said it went thru, so we forgot about it. Luckily Alexis Molinaro called a week or so later and I told her it was paid and she said she would keep an eye on it. Well it failed to go, and luckily she checked again for us and was so good at helping us get it paid. That kind of service does not happen very often, and I want to thank her again for taking care of us. It could have been a disaster if we would have had a flood and thought we had insurance."
