"Honestly it's been a nightmare. I had an incident happen last year and I called State Farm and was recommended to open a claim "just to be safe". Long story short nothing came out of the claim ($0, as in nothing was requested to be paid and nothing happened--- zero dollars!) and a few months later I received a letter stating that I was not going to be renewed as a client because although nothing happened, I had opened a claim early during the policy and was now considered a liability. I was extremely upset because it's my first time making a claim ever (with this or any comapany), and since I was recommended to open it by the agent just in case and that it wouldn't hurt me to do so, it ended up being otherwise. I was working closely with Delainie who was amazing and tried her best to help me out, so at least that helped with the blow of the experience, but ultimately nothing could be done and their decision was final. On top of this I was on a monthly billing cycle with them for my policy. I decided that my experience was awful and I wanted to be done and over with anything to do with Stare Farm. I spoke to an agent and asked if I could pay my policy in full, was told yes. I paid my policy then two months later I'm being billed again. I call and I learn that billing assumed I over paid and they mailed me a check (huh?!), which means somewhere along the line someone didn't do their job correctly and messed up. Ultimately, I did receive a check. I called again and asked once again if I could just pay it in full, was told yes, that they would be sure to insert notes and communicate accordingly, and they apologized again for what happened. The employee assured me that they would follow up with me but never did. Then once AGAIN, I'm getting a bill from state farm. I could not believe it. At this point I call livid because this is a joke. I've never had to fight so hard for a company to take my money, and to get their business in order. I'm now being helped by Ashlyn who apologies and tell me that I was refunded again. I'm like seriously?!?! Ashlyn apologizes and tells me she is going to take certain measures so this doesn't continue to happen. I ask her: can this be done, yes or no? She assures me she can. Long story short as of right now it finally seems that I've paid my bill in full and as soon as my policy ends, I'm so done with state farm. The impression I got from this company is that they are great at pretending to be there for their customers, then will gladly screw you over as long as they're okay. On the bright side, staff members Delanie and Ashlyn were great and did their best, so I really appreciate them for it."

"I received a great insurance quote from a friendly and informative agent named Martha Embry. Not only will it save me money, but it also provided me a needed umbrella coverage that was a requirement from my solar company. Awesome job! 4/17/2024 Update: I just bought a new car as a part of an effort to reduce some of my overall household expenses. It was late in the day and I wanted to go ahead and get the car picked up because it was a decent distant to drive and I was not able to finalize purchase until official closing time for State farm. That didn't matter, because Ashlyn @Rossmiller State Farm called me back off hours and not only completed updating what I needed for my new vehicle, but she also reached out to the dealership and got me squared away when I was about to give up and call the dealership and let them know that I would have to pick up the car tomorrow. But thanks to her off hours work, she was able to get me going. It's always appreciated when people work beyond their normal assigned hours to make sure the customer have what they need and I'm very appreciative of Ashlyn's extra effort!"

"I have been a State Farm customer for 40 years. I was losing faith in State Farm due to an agent in New Port Richey just was not living up to my expectations since I’ve moved to the Ruskin area and got hooked up with Rossmiller my faith is returning. We have dealt with several different people in this office since moving here in November. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the first two girls names. They helped us with our homeowners insurance. I would like to send a good recommendation to them as well but as far as Lenny and Dalton, they are both fantastic and have been nothing but a big help to us and solving our problems changing things around.
